Luga Labs is a small, interdisciplinary team. Researchers and engineers come from machine learning, symbolic AI, neuroscience, philosophy, and the social sciences, on the premise that no single field has a complete account of intelligence.

That mix shapes how the stack is built: semantic reasoning alongside statistical models, and questions of alignment treated as questions of philosophy and governance, not only engineering.
